Think Second City meets Southwest Michigan First. Improv Effects of Kalamazoo conducts team-building workshops as an interactive experience. There are no presentations. Instead, participants become actively engaged in the exercises. Brian Lam and Dann Sytsma of Improv Effects lead off this season’s InterCom Luncheon/Speaker series with a discussion on the need for businesses and organization leaders to think and communicate effectively on their feet.
